Graeme is making some tea while he waits for his new patient to arrive. He knows that Orlando and Will live a ways away, so he's not worried if they don't make it in exactly on time. His last client had been extremely emotional, anyway, and he doesn't mind taking a little time to decompress and go over his case notes until Orlando arrives.
